Lead Times:
Depending on inventory most Merkled products are made to order. Please be aware of the lead times noted for each item.
Domestic Shipping:
All items are shipped USPS or Fedex Ground depending on location and cost. If you are wanting your order shipped another way please contact us with that request and we can give you a quote.
International Shipping:
We will be glad to arrange international shipping. Please contact us with your shipping address and the desired items and we will get you a quote.
Cancellations:
Most items are made to order. Cancellations have to be made within 24 hours of purchase.
Return Policy:
Please note returns are accepted only for items that are damaged. Inspect your product immediately after arrival for any damages. Furniture must be returned unused and with all of the original packaging in order for us to make a damage claim to the shipper.
Colors + Sizes:
Custom colors are available for the Merkled Coat Rack and Merkled Pot Rack. Custom sizes are available for the Merkled Pot Rack. Please email us for more information.
